Cardiac Science Powerheart G5 Pediatric IntelliSense Pads

This package includes one pair of infant/child Powerheart G5 pads to be used on victims who are younger than 8 years of age or under 55 pounds. These Cardiac Science Powerheart G5 pediatric defibrillation electrode pads are for one-time use and have a 2-year expiration date.

Cardiac Science Powerheart G5 pediatric defibrillation electrode pads are smaller than adult electrode pads ensuring a better fit to a child's smaller chest. The clear infographics on the pediatric pads help to ensure correct pad placement, saving valuable time in a cardiac emergency. 

IntelliSense Technology

The IntelliSense technology allows the electrode pads to communicate with the AED, ensuring that the appropriate energy level is delivered for defibrillation. This is critical in pediatric cases where lower energy levels are required compared to adults. The IntelliSense technology not only adjusts the energy level but also provides patient type, pad expiration dates, placement, and other important information directly to the Powerheart G5 AED. Cardiac Science Powerheart G5 pediatric defibrillation electrode pads can be pre-connected to the AED even when not in use, allowing for immediate deployment in an emergency. This design helps minimize the setup time, ensuring the victim gets the fastest treatment possible.
